4. What you can do with the paint tool is by clicking on the layer panel, you are able to paint anything. You are able to change the diameter of the image. You are able to animate the stroke permitters or change the color. You can animate the colors.
5. What write on does is it records the speed you draw at and what you drew.
6. What you can do with distort effects is you can move the image in weird ways.
7. What you can do with light effects is make the layers a lot more bright.
